Privacy Policy

regulation (eu) 2016/679 — gdpr

## 1.1 Data Controller

GraphNetHub, with registered offices at 4 AVENUE SAINT-FERRÉOL, 06400 CANNES, FRANCE, is the data controller for personal data processed through graphnethub.com. You can reach our data desk at [email protected].

## 1.2 Data We Collect

  • - Inquiry config data you enter in the contact editor: name, work email, company, phone, service context, budget band, and project brief.
  • - Contract and billing data required to deliver services and issue invoices.
  • - Technical logs: IP address, user agent, pages viewed, and referrer, collected for security and performance.
  • - Cookie and localStorage identifiers as described in section 3.

## 1.3 Purposes & Legal Bases

  • - Responding to inquiries and preparing quotes — steps prior to a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • - Delivering services, invoicing, and accounting — contract performance and legal obligation.
  • - Securing the platform and improving content — legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • - Non-essential cookies — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

## 1.4 Processors & Transfers

We engage vetted processors for hosting, email delivery, and payment processing (Stripe). Each processor acts under a written data processing agreement. Hosting and backups are located in the European Union. Where a transfer outside the EEA becomes necessary, it relies on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

GraphNetHub does not sell, rent, or broker personal data to third parties.

## 1.5 Retention

  • - Unconverted inquiries: 24 months from last contact.
  • - Client contract and invoice records: 10 years (French commercial and tax obligations).
  • - Server and security logs: 12 months.

## 1.6 Your Rights

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection rights by writing to [email protected]. We answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or your local supervisory authority.

## 1.7 Security

Transport encryption (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access control, MFA on administrative accounts, and encrypted off-site backups. Any personal data breach is assessed without undue delay and notified to the CNIL within 72 hours where required.

Terms of Service

commercial engagement terms — graphnethub

## 2.1 Scope

These terms govern every service provided by GraphNetHub — dashboards, ETL pipelines, data warehouse modeling, forecasting, BI integrations, and advisory — and are complemented by the statement of work (SOW) signed for each engagement. The SOW prevails in case of conflict.

## 2.2 Quotes & Payment

  • - Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.
  • - Default schedule: 50% deposit before work starts, 50% on delivery, unless the SOW states otherwise.
  • - Payments run through Stripe via the secure payment link on this site.
  • - Overdue invoices accrue 1.5% per month and may suspend active work after 15 days.

## 2.3 Delivery & Change Control

Timelines depend on timely access to source systems, credentials, and feedback from your side. Delays on the client side extend delivery day for day. Scope changes are handled through a written change order with adjusted price and calendar — never silently.

## 2.4 Client Responsibilities

You confirm that data you provide is lawful to process, that you hold the necessary rights, and that you will designate a single point of contact for approvals. You are responsible for the accuracy of source systems and for your own downstream use of dashboards and forecasts.

## 2.5 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all worldwide rights in client-specific deliverables — dashboards, models, pipelines, documentation — transfer to you. Pre-existing GraphNetHub tooling, templates, and libraries remain ours, with a perpetual, non-exclusive license granted for your internal use. Third-party open-source components keep their own licenses.

## 2.6 Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's confidential information secret during the engagement and for 3 years after, using at least the care it applies to its own data.

## 2.7 Warranties & Disclaimer

Deliverables are warranted to conform to the SOW for 30 days after acceptance; defects are corrected within a reasonable window. Forecasts and models are statistical estimates, not guarantees of future results — GraphNetHub does not warrant specific commercial outcomes.

## 2.8 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GraphNetHub's aggregate liability is capped at the amounts paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or bodily injury.

## 2.9 Termination & Governing Law

Either party may terminate for convenience with 15 days written notice; work completed up to the termination date remains payable and the refund policy applies to prepaid unused amounts. These terms are governed by French law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Grasse, France.

Cookie Policy

browser storage & telemetry

## 3.1 What We Store

Cookies are small text files placed on your device. GraphNetHub uses them sparingly, together with browser localStorage, to keep the site functional and to understand aggregate usage.

## 3.2 Categories

  • - Strictly necessary: security, load balancing, and CSRF protection. These run without consent.
  • - Preference: localStorage key gnh_cookie_consent records whether you accepted all cookies or essential only.
  • - Analytics: anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics used to improve content — set only after consent.

## 3.3 Duration

Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies live no longer than 13 months. Your consent choice in localStorage persists until you clear site data.

## 3.4 Managing Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Choosing "essential only" on our banner keeps the site fully usable — only convenience features are disabled. Withdraw consent by clearing site data for graphnethub.com.

## 3.5 Questions

Cookie questions go to [email protected], GraphNetHub, 4 AVENUE SAINT-FERRÉOL, 06400 CANNES, FRANCE.

Refund Policy

deposits, milestones & retainers

## 4.1 Deposit Cancellation

Cancel an engagement in writing before any work has started and the deposit is refunded in full. Once kickoff has occurred, the deposit covers mobilization costs and is non-refundable.

## 4.2 Milestone Work

Milestones invoiced and accepted are final. On early termination, you receive all work completed to date and pay only for the completed milestones plus committed third-party costs.

## 4.3 Defect Remedies

Report a defect in a deliverable within the 30-day warranty. If we fail to remediate it within 14 days of your notice, you may request a refund of the fee allocated to that deliverable.

## 4.4 Retainers

Maintenance and retainer subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. Unused prepaid days beyond the current month are refunded pro-rata.

## 4.5 Forecast Deliverables

Models are estimates and are not refunded because real-world outcomes differ from projections. Refund rights apply when the model or dashboard itself was not delivered as specified in the SOW.

## 4.6 How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Statutory EU consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
